Incriminating Pensioners

On 16 day of February 2017 at 11:31 Miss Sarah Letebele who is 62 years old(Pensioner) went to Shoprite situated at Nafcoc corner Buitekant & Bushveld street Soshanguve, to purchase R50.00 electricity worth of value and when she produced the money as requested by the cashier who is unknown (on records her name does not appear on receipt)made her wait before giving her required product and was then told her money is ****. Intriguing part about everything else is that the day before on 15/02/2017 she requested money by a system of Cash Back(CB) were a day later she went to use the same money at the same store was told it is **** money, how is it that Shoprite accept money from ******* without properly checking and yet give it to Pensioners later when they purchase accusations arise what happens to right of fair and honest dealing in terms of consumers rights and i believe that pensioners are the vulnerable group the following consumer right should be consider when dealing with such group Right to Equality in the Consumer Market and Protection Against Dicriminatory Marketing Practices. Later that day she gave me a call and i requested receipt and contacted the store manager Mrs Winnie Nemanashe, she then told me investigation will be launched. Grievance is suffered by an old pensioner can this be investigated. Shoprite staff must be trained on consumers service and vulnerable gropus should not be dicriminated/Incriminated. Miss Letebele deserves more than that her contact details are ********** 054

Regards,

Joahhnes Letebele(Son)

********** 721
**********
