Incorrect pricing making customers look like idiots

<p>I went to Shoprite Mayfiled Square in Daveyton and wanted something to drink. I then went to get from the fidge and got intrigued by the Pepsi 2L at rR7.95... this was a good price. i then approached the till and the cashier scanned,,,,, oops the prie is actually higher..... then i asked for the manager who then said ... oh not u should read the shelve ticket... so i asked.. what about the grannies who buy here every month... his means they also get ********** by this *********** pricing that incoviniences customers. She then justified this by saying ... oh no this price belongs to the pepsi on top and that means theres no price for the 2L. i then said ... well no price means it's free. she then gave me an attitude and was not listening to what i as the customer was saying. Unfortunately for her... i left leaving all my shopping as this is unacceptable even on the consumer protection act which says what i see is what i get. it's not my fault that thyei pricing is incorrect.. the ticket was on 2L for R7.95... so that's what i should pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am a frequent shopper and practically come there twice a week... so i am not coming there anymore... they have lost a customer for good and i will shop from their rival Pick n Pay who is right down from them. </p>
