incorrect pricing and placement

<p>visited shoprite lenasia at about 12.45 on the 22/05/2017 purchased taits chips which were on the shelf and priced at 9.99., got to the lill and scanned at 10.99. mervin the manager was called to assisit and explained to me that it was not the same product,hence a week ago i purched for 9.99.he in no way was rude,but the price i see is the price i pay irrespective if it was packed on a incorrect self or the flavour was diffrent.i felt that was unfair towards me as i was purchasing 10 pkts ,how does this become my problem.walked out very dissapointed.shoprite is the closest and convenient but the hassels one faces makes me wonder if things like this happen in the white ( not being ******) areas? we tend to keep quiet and put up with ****py service and stories.it felt like i was doing shoprite a favour by shopping there.clean your act up people, this is not right,also as a manager do u not check on what the staff is doing?im really dissapointed at a small matter like this becouse it not the first time,specials are advertised but always out of stock.</p>
