Incorrect pricing and bad attitude of employees

I am very disappointed with the poor service I received at Phokeng Shoprite yesterday 08.02.2021, I saw the advertised price of R2.99per kg for peppers which was pasted on the crate full of green peppers, I then took 2 green peppers and had them weighed to my surprise the price indicated on the price was R29.99 per kg not R2.99 as indicated on the advertised price, I then questioned the person who was weighing she told me she can't change the scan for me and continued chit-chating to her colleague who then tried to explain that kilograms are not the same which I don't know how, then I was reffered to the store controller who then reffered me to the lady she addressed as her manager who game me the most stinking attitude worse that those who already gave me 1,she went to an extend of telling me that the peppers are finished while I was carrying the peppers with me, her attitude just made me so angry that I ask myself how she landed that position if she can't resolve customer issues. They refused to rectify their mistake, instead all I got was the bad attitude.
