Inconvenience and lack of good service.

I went shopping at Mouste mall from Boxer to Shoprite upon entry I was stopped by security saying I can't come in with a Boxer shopping trolley, might I say it has my shopping in it, I had to go to my car empty my trolley then go back to shoprite to continue my shopping.

I upon further enquiry with Tania the admin manager, she tells me they don't allow boxer trolleys because boxer does not allow it's trolley in it's shop. I explained to her that this is absurd that shoprite would amend it's policies based on what boxer does or does not do. I told her that nowhere else in south africa would a customer be subjected to such behavior by shoprite and it's strange that only in dennilton they have such rules. We argued I got very irate.

Tania gave me the store manager name and refused to give me his numbers, Tebogo phoned me the next day but I was busy he was meant to call me back but as you know how it is with service in townships he probably assumed I will forget about the whole incident.
