Incomplete gift sets on display what an inconvenience twin city

Went into a shoprite liqourshop just now here in Heidedal. Twin City mall to purchase a klipdrift premium gift pack which comes with wireless earphones. The boxes on display have been tampered with, but i ignored that thinking that i will be given the earphones upon purchase but the staff tells me that they have been ****** yet the boxes are on the shelf with only the bottle inside. If this were true, the bottles would have been taken out of the boxes so that no one walks into the shop hoping to get these gift sets. Its clear that the staff helped themselves to these earphones but were not smart enough to cover their tracks. To me that is selling incomplete products for the full price. I hope someone in management will investigate how this alleged theft took place and get the staff to apply their minds!
