I think it was 2 months ago when I complained about Alice U Save. Sadly enough i had to experience the same thing when i visited the store Yesterday. I went to U Save in Alice yesterday after work to withdraw money from their kiosk. I stood in the line for more than an hour along with other customers. When it was our turn to get to the consultant who was working, they informed us that there was no more money for those that wanted to withdraw. I asked one of the ladies that work there as to why she did not inform us in time when she saw that there was a shortage of funds. I asked her that she could've asked us while we were standing in the line, asked the amounts that we wanted to withdraw instead of just letting us stand there for more than an hour,knowing that we would not be assisted. I had lots of things to do, but instead i stood there for more than an hour without getting any assistance. This is not how we should be treated as clients. The service is VERY BAD!
