My wife bought white Nappies at Shoprite Ennerdale on Thursday. Unfortunately her work had a surpise baby shower for her and gave her alot of nappies. We wanted to return the nappies in original packaging as its shoprite policy as long as its in a 7 day period and in original packaging and htis new manager didnt want to. I asked her to please phone the headoffice so I can explain to them what the problem is. She said I must phone headoffice since its me that have a problem and nto her. I explained that you are the store manager and you are suppsoed to sort out complaints she inisted that its not her responsibilty. I still want to return this nappies as I am well in my right as an SA consumer and a Shoprite customer. Your Shoprite manager and Staff member that helped her is *********** and I dont know how you select you managers but this one is defnitely no manger material at all. I have been shopping at Shoprite ennerdale all my life and never had such service. I am sorry for swearing at her but I still beleive she deserved it witht he attitude she gave me. So please advise me on how to get my money back for this item. That is the nearest shoprite to me.
