*********** staff or are they *******?

A cashier at the Maitland, Cape Town branch just Ignored a R100 I gave her. I swipped which was suppose to be R76.44 I ended up swiping R176.44. I disgraced how *********** the staff is at Shoprite under trained, if not things if she did it deliberately. I received my R100 back after complaining and taking her till and counting her money. The inconvenience it caused is much more than that. For a franchise on the magnitude they are I'm astonished at this kind of behaviour whether she did it deliberately or was unaware still display the level of training their staff undergo or don't.
