Good day. I am utterly disappointed with the serrvice of<br> Shoprite<br> Lenasia. I enquired about the King Cone monster<br> promotion,yet the<br> staff knew nothing about this yesterday.According to King Cone every<br> shoprite,checkers and Engen garage has this promotion. All<br> you have to<br> do is show the wicode. This morning I phoned Shoprite to<br> enquire again<br> about this. The person whom I spoke to was unable to hear<br> me and<br> told me I must go somewhere else for network when I could<br> hear him<br> clearly! He failed to understand what I was asking about. I<br> was then<br> transferred to another line after waiting for about a minute<br> with no<br> answer I decided to hang up. Please could you ensure that<br> you have<br> more competent people working for your company. Also could<br> you ensure<br> that all the staff know about the promotions happening. You<br> have lost<br> a very loyal customer.
