So I had 2 vouchers that were sent to me amounting to R350. Expiry date being the 31st December. So I took to Shoprite Protea Glen mall. Got my items on my trolley, recalculated more than 4 times to make sure I dnt exceed. I finally got to the till, gave them voucher numbers. When they hit the total it stillsaid I owed R96, how was that even possible because I'm certain I counted. I recalculated with the lady at the till and what appeared like her superior and yes my calculations were right. I was still made to wait for something like an hour, they were busy changing tills telling me that my second voucher couldn't be accepted. I left the store with items costing R250 when I had R350. I'm appalled by such service more especially after being told that there's nothing they can do.
