on Saturday MY sister in law booked a birthday cake to be collected on the 27th of July 2015 for my son s birthday which was on the 28th . on the collection day the cake was not made it was not ready!!! . then i spoke to a lady with the name Lorna she promised that the cake will be ready on the 28th at 6h30 in the morning for collection . on that time when we got there the cake was not ready we called the store someone answered and said they will come back to us . we waited until the shop was open for trade that's when the cake was ready .TO ME THIS IS PATHETIC THEY SPOILED MY WEEK . stop making excuses and deliver on time i had to adjust my daily schedule because of someone not taking customers serious . i will never order a cake there again .
