*********** FROM STAFF TO SENIORS NO ETHICS AT ALL

i went to shoprite Clayville i could not believe what i was told as soon as i approached the till, Greece Legodi was the worst cashier i have came across in this UNIVERSE the nerve of that girl got me asking myself about the principals of Shoprite and how the HR works with this lady because she didnt greet me my stuff was just scanned and shoved aside as i asked her to pack them in the plastic she told me to do it myself or wait for that one packer on the far end who has 3 tills to attend to because she could not pack for me. i was shocked as i made a remark and told her that if there are no packers in the shop you need to pack for the consumer yourself she responded with a disgraceful attitude and told me that i have an attitude and if i want to report her i should showing off her name badge little did she know that i will not report her to the supervisor that came into picture didn't n greet nor reprimand her instead she made remarks also, this is when i realized that this is a very serious issue if the staff and supervisor are in the same page i can imagine the management who hired and promoted these illiterate young girls, no manners at all.

i am one of those people who will make sure that this stops right here because i bet you that hence it was a person of a different skin colour she was not going to make all of those remarks. She instructed that the supervisor voids or saves my purchase because she wants to knock off.... in the presence of the senior and she wanted to do just that never apologised or want to know what happened.

So as she said that i must go and report her i am doing exactly that. I am not going to let this slide because her attitude does not show as if she needs that job and wants to keep it there are people out there who NEED jobs she does not need that job and i would like to know how she got that and why does she deserve to be kept as an employee of this big retail company because she is doing a good job at dragging the company name down

I would also like to know who promotes the staff within the company, what is the criteria for one to get promoted ? I would also like to know when you hire people what do you look for in the CV and during interview.... Are the staff members disciplined in such incidents ? how and by who Does the company offer training in regards to customer service How regularly? What are the company policies and work ethics

One never knows who they are serving with that attitude.... I need serious answers and action to be taken. If i was treated like that i wonder how the other people are treated who do not know their rights as a consumer in the store. Because shoprite would not be shoprite without the consumers and she would not have a job and plate on her table without us. She should be grateful that she has something at the end of the month. Never want to see this young girls face in my whole life i really feel like there are better people who will beg and do this job much better because they know how it feels like going to bed with an empty stomach i mean those who need it she is just doing it for fun or to make a disgrace of the company.
