<p>I just had the worst experience ever, I went to pick up tickets that I bought online via computicket. The person who was helping (Jabulile) did not even try and explain to me that her computer system was giving her problems. She just continued rebooting the desktop until I had to ask what was the issue. </p> <p>Upon that proble she could not print my tickets I had to ask her AGAIN what seems to be the issue for her to eventually explain to me. I had to tell her to call her supervisor for assistance - that was now over 45min waiting for my ticket. A job that would have been finished in less than 15min.</p> <p>Worse shoprite service ever!</p> <p>Shoprite Randburg Square</p>
