<p>I went to shoprite in church street to buy white star maize meal 5kg which was on promotion last month and I was given a voucher to redeem the promotion price that they had last month but they were out of stock. So I did que at the till then I gave the cashier the voucher and told her that I want to withdraw 200 as well then she called the supervisor by the name of Suzenne in order to make a price override then it was made but the cashier proceeded with the transaction without payment. Which ****ed me off and she never even apologized, she called the supervisor and said to her she doesn't know how to process the transaction then the supervisor and her said that I must make a withdrawal of 240 in order gor her to retain the 39. 95 for the maize but in this event the amount total was at R252. 90 because I was puurchasing a carrier bag as well for 12. 95 so I told them that i want to make 1 transaction with a 200 cashback the supervisor said it is impossible or I have to go up stairs to customer service and I them that I don't have time and isn't another way to do it, they said no. I then went to the clerks officr to look for the manager on duty called Amanda and I was told that she is busy with fg and I was given a phone to talk to her about my complaint and she told me that she is busy with FG and I said to her that they must give me my voucher back and I will use it some other time and she told me that they have destroyed my voucher and I must give her clerk the phone, they spoke on the phone and the clerk left me for 40 minutes without telling me anything, I then left the store without any feedback or assistance. I there fore felt that they treat black people bad because of their color not as Queen's and Kings of their business</p>
