Incompetence service

On Saturday i went to shoprite thohoyandou(one next to FNb)to buy few things, I optioned to pay with scan to pay and cash, the network was very poor that it rejected the scan to pay payment yet the money was deducted from my account, the cashier told me it would bounce back and if it doesnt i must come with bank statement, i then added more cash to avoid returning things. On Tuesday I went back with the bank statement, I was told that it would take 72hrs since the purchase for the money to bounce, it is almost a week yet nothing on my account, im so frustrated because i live very far from town, and already spent my hard earned money to go there, yet no help was rendered, why am I suffering for their incompetence? Didn’t they see that the money was extra when doing the counting? This is nonsense I need my money back, is not like they didnt see it, they are just ****mers🚮🚮
