Incompetence of Shoprite Margate

I buy the Specials at Shoprite every week and sometimes they don't have the special in stock and give you a raincheque. On 8 September I went to buy FIRST HOME BUTTER ADVERTISED R54.99 500g block. 1. The lady at the counter did not know about the raincheque. She scribbled my details I. The back of a piece of till slip. They never called me. YESTERDAY the 20th Sept they called me 5.00 pm!!! Telling me if I don't go now I will nit get the special. I told them I'm nursing but I will be there 8.00 today. I was there. Huge confusion. Wendy manager is not there. Zonda, second in charge he was not there. A Lady Zwonda tried to explain why I can't have it. I said okay ill just pist a review on Hellopeter.com. they changed their attitude and gave me only 3 at R59.99. I said no the price is R54.99. They refused. I had to pay R59.99 on the follow up special that expired midnight. ALSO SHOWED ME THE FINE PRINT as in fine!!!you need a magnifier glass... on the end of the last page( they had to search for it-by the way) ONLY THEN THEY TOOK the rain cheque book completed and asked me to sign AFTER I told her the cashier was not aware of this document. I came home checked my facts, and there it was black in white R54.99 TILL 10 SEPT I WAS THERE I SEPTEMBER. They overcharged me. Shoprite Margate your staff need training and you owe me a refund. It says 3 items per client.
