INCOMPETANCE

I bought a TV on Black Friday from OK Furniture online for my daughter. On Saturday I received a call from these people requesting TV license information. I went and too Shoprite and tried to start a new tv license for her. There was an incident in the shop whereby the security guard told me to go stand outside the shop, whilst I am on crutches as nobody is allowed to block the way to the bread cutting machine. Eventually when I got to the front of the que I was told that they do not do tv licenses at Shoprite Ladybrand, Moneymarket. I then went to Ok Furniture and took out the tv license and emailed all documents to onlineshopping's email address. On 2019-12-02 at 10:30 I have not received any feedback from onlineshopping and called them. Spoke to Melissa and she said to me that the pick up might only happen on Thursday or Friday. Which is longer than other onling shopping courier deliveries. I said to her to come back to me with answers by 12:00 otherwise I will be cancelling the deal. I requested on how the cancellation process works and she said a manager will do it at online shopping. She said to me that she will phone me back. At 11:40 I received an email indicating my deal was cancelled. So Melissa just cancelled the deal and did not listen to what I was saying to her. Now the money is scheduled to be paid back into my account. Me Van Der Bank called me and aplogied in this regard. Apologies does not make up for the fact that the gift to my daughter will only be received after the money reflects in my account and I then have to make another payment towards this. Remember bank charges was deducted for the first payment, the refund will have bank charges and the then I have to make another payment with more bank charges. The consumer is now having all the charges towards myself due to MELISSA's incompetance. Please do not use online shopping as this is worse than standing in a Black Friday que.
