Improvement to community service

Good day I'm Elisa oumakie Raleting around July I filled up sponsorship form for our NPO organization and I got reference number and untill now I never received any response from ShopRite sponsorship and I did another sponsorship I got another reference different from what I got.

I asked manager from our usave how can they help us out regarding donation for food.and he responded by saying they is guy from soshanguve who collect those food and this person collect also in soshanguve but us we customers based in stinkwater hammanskraal we can't get we are supporting this store but the same store can't help us out. And it's fear sone person to collect from all those store.

Maybe I don't know who this work. I'm coming to ShopRite sponsorship management please help us out as stinkwater community. We are organization based in stinkwater hammanskraal Riseup mzansi community care we need ur help please.
