Improvement for Customer Service

Good Day All

I live at 59 Center Point Market street Boksburg Central. The ShopRite is in Commissioner Street. I would like to recommend that they employee more stuff and be diverse as there are no white people working there. They need packers at the till to speed up the process of shopping. Instead car guards are entering the shop and are doing the packing themselves. It is unsafe for the consumer as the car guards are from the ******** Gang called the "26's" not only is this process unsafe but the average consumer can wait for 10-20 minutes to be helped. Plus I noticed today is Old Age pension day (SASSA) and more than 5 tills were closed. I am a qualified Quality Assurance Management Consultant and there is room for improvement as many items have the seal broken and the product is off. Last year ShopRite made 233 Billion Rand in profit surely they can afford to hire more staff. I truly diverse group of employees young and old. I am 44 but can't get a job at ShopRite due to age and race. However the young black group needs the experience as I have over 10 years experience with customer service. We should not be just an affordable but give the customer the service of a Lifetime.
