Improper customer service.

I have purchased Eskort French polony 2kg at Glen on Soweto, South Johannesburg for reselling purposes. I asked that it be sliced and the lady at the deli gave me attitude and told me they dont slice polony.

I am disappointed to the core as I have worked for Shoprite before and customer service is one of the core values of the company.

Please advise and teach your staff proper things because they perceived that I won't escalate the matter.
