Shoprite Jabulani mall. Yoh I'm so fed up. So I went to Shoprite Jabulani mall this morning to buy Tin fish pilchard so I saw in the advert that the tin fish is R16 so I took the tin fish and went to the tills to pay and I went to a chaisher by the name of Bonga Zulu he greeted me and ask me about life he basically asked me that I'm I owk and I responded to him that I'm not owk he asked me y and I responded to him ngathi Buti wami angeke unginike lezinto engizifunayo so he was like owk and he took the fish wayishaya Ku scan and he asked for Money I have him R50 and he gave me R26 as change and I asked him ukuthi hawu Bhuti wami kanti how is the fish he rep**** to me wathi sithini I slip sakho kanti I was like no Bhuti wami on the shelves it was R16 and now is more than that I also continued telling. him that u didn't even ask me about the extra savings card. He was like to me but you were so cold to me how can I ask for the extra savings card. So my question is this guy is being controlled by me if I'm cold his not doing what he was hired to do. I mean guys I don't work at Shoprite and I'm not the one who must tell them or control them how to treat their customers. The guy continued insulting me telling me that I have my own personal issues so I should leave him alone he also said ngiyambhedela ngyasangana so I'm so hurt and the other stuff where watching while this guy was talking and u know what this guy is a profession in this his voice was so low and abheke phansi but angithuka ethi ngiyambhedela so the supervisor came and gave me the other change so nje I'm so hurt and I felt very disrespected today at Jabulani mall Shoprite by Bonga Zulu I even called my the****** after this plz I need assistance we can't have people like this in our society.
