im shocked

i went to a shoprite in Protea Glen and to be honest i think in all the shoprite stores i have visited Glen is the worst. I purchased some few items then went to play lotto, the ladies at the that dept were sitting and chatting and we asked to play and they asked us to wait as the lady who was responsible there is not available. We waited close to 15 to 20 minutes then we approached a Donald whom we were told was the available manager. The rudeness from that guy is shocking. He didnt even seem worried and he had the odesity to give me his name and spell it for Hellopeter. Sad, i tell you
