Im not happy with Shoprite Cashiers ,they get angry whenever we request for Cash Back .

I normally get Cash@till at shoprite and I do my shopping at Shoprite because I want to collect more ebucks points as I bank with FNB .I went to shoprite lakeside today and I requested for cash@till , the cashier (Thabile ) asked if I have R10 and I politely said no Mam , and she said she doesnt have money and I then said to her I saw a lot of change while you were helping other customers , then she sais thats my money you dont have a right to tell me how to do my job , she was so rude , Ive never seen a rude person ike that in my life , we started exchanging words and I told her that I have a right to request for cash@till as a Customer she then said that's my money dont tell me about Shoprite and the partnership they have .Yoh she was so rude , she disrespected me in front of her managers and customers , she belittled me . I've never been angry like this , and I always withdraw money at Usave , Shoprite and Checkers and I have never experienced this kind of behavior from Cashiers , this is the 1st . Shoprite Cahsiers are making it hard for us as Customers to request for Cash@till , they tend to forget that this Cash@till is beneficial for Shoprite ad Banks . im not happy at all , I shop at Shoprite every moneth because of ebucks , im a loyal Shoprite customer but the treatment I got today from Thabile was not fair at all , she made me feel worthless , she made me feel as if I came to Shoprite to ask for Credit :( , this is not Okay at all . We as Customers we supposed to feel free to ask for Cash@till but now its hard because your cashiers Ill treat us when we request for Cash back . Yoh kindly ask Shoprite Cahsiers to stop being rude , we are not there to judge them or to make their Jobs a living hell , all we ask for is Cash@till .
