I'm heart broken

I'm khayelihle Mabaso I'm very disappointed with Harding Shoprite, they swiped my card twice and it went through now they don't want to reverse my transaction its Saturday and they say I must wait for Monday. They called bregional managers by the name of Sebenzile Dlamini and Sebenzile Dlamini the cashier is Phumlile Mhlanga.. I've spent 2 hours waiting for assistance, no apologies or whatsoever.. While waiting another customer comes in with the same complaint...
