I’m a very unhappy client I have the Shoprite money account and was asked to verify my account I have sent all the required documents however, there is absolutely no feedback, I have no idea of anyone got the documents

I’m a very unhappy client I have the Shoprite money account and was asked to verify my account I have sent all the required documents however, there is absolutely no feedback, I have no idea of anyone got the documents. I’m getting very frustrated as there is money in my account and I can’t access it. Can someone please look into this.
