Ill treatment by staff members

Yesterday I was at shoprite fingoland mall in Butterworth to purchase a ticket for an upcoming festival...stood on the long line at the money market till which was no hassle..when I got to the cashiers to buy the ticket I was told that the cashier for tickets is not ther yet I should wait...as I waited I was told by a security guard to stand somewhere else and I obeyes..after about 15 minutes the cashier arrived I went and asked her is she the person I was awaiting for she asked who told me that I showed and she said I must wait..as i was standing on the same spot the security guard told me stand the cashier rudely told me to go back to the line..I went back....and the cashier immediately shouted next..another lady went..and the cashier shouted at me why am I not coming I answered that u told me I should wait for the cashier in till one and she said she did not and she rudely shouted at me as I was telling me how stupid she is treating me..to wait on the lune ...to come to her ..all in all she was shouting at me in front of the other customers and not even a manager intervened...after the shouting that was very rude she sold me the ticket which almost sold out with the up down that I was taken for at the store
