Ill-treatment by manager at Shoprite

Today I went to Shoprite, Mafikeng to buy my groceries. There was a line as usually outside and I stood in line with my mother who had a scarf that covered her mouth and nose. The line continued until it was our turn to enter the store but mother who was pushed aside and segregated by the security guards who didn't allow her to enter the store stating that she had no on mask, I went on to inform them that the law stated that one must have something covering their mouth and nose and not necessarily a mask but they still refused to allow her into the store. We then asked the security guards to call the store manager and the manager stood in the store while facing us and told the securities that he didn't want to attend us and we shouldn't be allowed into the store. I'm offended and feel disrespected.
