ill Mannered

what an ill mannered manager Shoprite Jabulani has. I went to Jabulani Mall on Saturday, where the cashier was friendly. After waiting for 8 minutes on the queue, a Shoprite employee(who was later identified as Msizi Moli,THE MANAGER by one of the cashiers) comes an tells the cashier to assist the customer he came with (God knows from where). He dint greet me nor the cashier, he didn't ask me because i was suppose to be served next. He couldn't care less who the idiots on the queue had to say(as per his attitude). Even one customer said\how are cashiers suppose to greet us if the manager himself is not practicing customer service". I felt disrespected by your manager and i demand an apology from him. I am a paying customer"
