Ignoring direct instruction kills your business Shoprite.

I like to shop at shoprite in George Western Cape but at the butchery area it is always smelly. The dougnuts and pies get top rating but today was a stunner...Hungry Lion inside the Shoprtie is off line so people can only pay cash...my food was already ready for pick up...so they asked me to draw at the Shoprite till the cash...i talked to the supervisor and she said to the cashier to give me the cash back...the cashier just continued to serve people in front of her...i explained my lunch time is nearly over...she blatantly ignored me and continue to help other customers. What I have a p3oblem with is that her supervisor told her to assist me....cashier ignored a direct order from her superior and also ignored me as a loyal customer....will think twice before visiting them again.
