Ignorance of staff and management.

About three weeks ago I went to shoprite to purchase a 4kg, bottle of HTH (chloor) for my swimming pool .I removed al the bottles from the top shelf and all the bottles where broken. All the necessary chemicals has already escaped and this can cause a huge health risk. I reported this to the office immediately. <br> Never the less, I went back this morning after three weeks and found all the broken bottles back on the shelf. Please help.
