Ignorance of Product knowledge by Managers

Shoprite Riverside is a JOKE! I sent one of my colleagues to go buy x2 footlong russians as they are on special for buy 2 for R35 running til 29 September. He returns back to the office without the russians as the cashiers and managers were giving him a hardtime saying the special doesn't exist. I took it upon myself to go back to the store, went to Deli section, ordered x2 footlong russians, went to the Kiosk to pay and when I arrived there...the cashier couldn't locate the discount even after swiping my Savings card. Luckily 2 managers were at the kiosk, they ask me stupid questions about which Shoprite did I see the special at. I take out the picture I took and showed it to them, then the 1 manager goes to the till and does a price reduction on the system. Whilst processing my payment, the other manager has the nerve to say in my presence that they are going to remove the special tag at the Deli.

I found this very disrespectful and ******** as they are managers and they should be well aware of the specials that are running in the store and should have the decency to apologize when accusing a customer of lying. They lack customer service and knowledge of their own products. I'm very disappointed in experiencing such ignorance!
