If you know someone at shoprite that when you will get help??

I went to shoprite tonk meter write to buy some stuff I wont to pay cashier called Onika or Onaka I paid and asked for R100 cash back and she refused and she was counting money I think it was around R1400 but she refused to give me R100 cash back she told me the money if for some other guy a customer but I think they know each other because they're calling each other with names. I went out of the shop with R100 cash back and I paid more what im asking for
