I witnessed bad service from a manager yesterday to a client

After bad service you giving clients I noticed a manager giving a client bad attitude while the store is at wrong not the client I thought it's resolved until I saw her post on Facebook

ShopRite makes a lot of money what's the problem refunding a client?

Unlike telling her about technical error? If this the service you'll render I'll opt for another retailer's 🙏
