I went to Shoprite Baracity Diepkloof to take out a cash send this morning because the ATM was not working, when I got to the till the cashier told me that she couldnt do a cash send for me without the Xtra savings card, I was surprised because I work in Sandton and I always take out a cash send there and they never tell me about a Xtra savings card, I told her that I don't have time to make a Xtra savings card because I am in a hurry and I have to rush to work, the cashier's name was Chiata, I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received from that lady, I later went to Checkers during my lunch break and they assisted me without any hassles.
