I was treated unfairly at Protea Glen mall and made fun of after I bought item that shows on slip and never took it.

Yesterday I went to Protea Glen Mall Shoprite to buy some grocery, quite few things which led to me forgetting my Polony French behind, which costed me R75 2kg. Okay, bought and paid for it with other items only to realize just when I was offloading trolley at parking lot into my car, that it wasn't there! mind you, I couldn't go back same time as I was running late for other errands I needed to attend and told myself "you know what, just keep the slip you will come back tomorrow coz this is a big shop that supposed to be professional and value customers to greater heights, and there are cameras also in the Shop to serve as a proof" so then I left, today I went back with a slip, at first they were understanding and promised to check their records, did that and found nothing on their records for left-behind items meaning a lady who assisted me could not record my French. So they suggested that they go check CCTV, 5min later, lady came and said it appears in their CCTV that I took it and left! Well, I was so puzzled believe me!!! I disputed that and requested a thorough check on CCTV, also to call a lady who personally served me yesterday by the name of Rilise Munzhelele, They hesitated until she coincidentally showed up and I instantly went straight to her to ask, she admitted everything that she saw it left behind, took it and gave it to a fellow colleague to keep it. The camera lady had gone back to the verify and now with a supervisor who lacks leadership, morals and ethics. They both came back and insisted that I did take the item with me, but not knowing I quickly chatted with cashier and she admitted everything with 2 of her colleagues there, they blatantly made fun of me that I must come with cops to see CCTV when I fairly asked for proof for my sanity! I tried to call her to come say what she said earlier, guess what! She changed everything she said earlier and said she wasn't sure what item was after being approached by the same 2 witnesses who had her admitting that I indeed left it behind, all of a sudden I called one of them to at least attest to what three of us heard Cashier saying SHE ALSO SWITCHED AND SUGGESTED MAYBE SHE'S TRYING TO SAT THE OPPOSITE. 😐🙄🤦
