I was shoping at Shoprite Dennlyn Mall and received bad service

I am a normal Shoprite shopper since I reside in Mamelodi. That store is always full and so are the ques. (Dennlyn Shoprite ) I went to buy 3 things yesterday , and went to stand in a queue where we normally pay for less than 10 items (till 5/6) . I was in a queue for more than 15minutes, and when I was about to pay the cashier said she has closed her till and mentioned that she already informed 2 customers who paid before me, to our surprise even those customers who were before me knew nothing about her till being closed, she also spoke to us like we are small children and expected us to join other queues. I was not happy about that more especially for the mere fact that no one heard her saying that her till is closed and there was not even a closing sign. She then retaliated and left us there at the till with items not paid , went to look for her supervisor and 15 minutes later she came back with a supervisor her name is Emely as seen on the name tag, I explained to Emely that I don't have an issue with the cashier going to the toilet but have an issue with us not being informed, why will I choose to stand a long queue for almost 30 minutes knowing that the till is closed ? Emely apologised and asked all the customers to wait for the cashier whose name badge was upside down, we then had to wait for another 15 minutes for her to come back from the toilet, as we could not even join other queues they were very long, the cashier then came back ,didn't even apologies and continued helping us as if nothing happened. I asked for her name, she refused to give me her name , I then asked her to borrow me a pen , she also refused. I asked Emely for a pen, she then asked why isn't the cashier giving me the pen, she had an attitude and still refused to borrow me a pen, I then asked Emely what is the cashiers name, she told me its Shirley.

I am a regular shopper at this store and am really disappointed in the manner that me and other customers were assisted, I still have my till slip of items I bought as prove and I'm even ashamed of referring any other person at that store, I have also called last month with another complained on their customer service line and till this day I have not received any call or email from anyone senior apologising , nothing is done about the manner which customers are treated at that store, purely embarrassing.
