I was not offered service coz I didn't greet

The lady at shoprite didn't help me coz she was rapping meat at the back of the till and I was waiting for her to finish to assist me I was going to greet her when she came to assist but she assisted the lady after.she gave me attitute I'm very hurt and I even went to another store
