I was insulted by a cashier and showed no remorse

I was at the shop with my wife and my 2 year old to do shopping, whilst waiting for my wife my daughter was running around the store. The lady by the name of Lindokuhle (cashier) passed an insulting comment to my daughter. I have to say this, I was very offended by her comment furthermore even when I approached her she was not apologetic. Even in front of her supervisor and colleagues were asking her to apologise, she didn't want to and she gave everybody attitude.
