I was badly injured and the store manager said he doesn't know what follow up procedure he must follow and left me like that without calling an ambulance for me or even ask if am fine

On the 3rd of January 2024 , I visited my nearby shoprite store where I was badly injured in the store due to a broken mayonnaise bottle that was not attended to by the store cleaners nor the staff with no wet sign floor to notify customers like me that I might fall due to the mayonnaise that was split all over the floor...I was attended to by the lady that was busy packing the mayonnaise and the other guy that works in the store, I was than brought a chair for me to sit by, they called out for the store manager whom I forgot his name , who came after being called and he did come and ask of am fine ,and I did tell him that I am not fine but than his respond from him to me was that he doesn't know what is it that he should if a customer is injured in the store of which he said to me than after a while and said to me that he's been calling his senior (boss) as for him he doesn't know what is it that he should do , by the time I should exit the store he than approached me to ask me if I will be able to walk towards home, where do I stay? Do I have transport to take me there, and I told him that am not fine as I said and I don't have a choice but to try to get home as I was limping, he than turned back to his desk and never accompanied me nor call an ambulance for me ...by the time I was trying to get home I called my sister who came to take me to the clinic unfortunately when I came back home I couldn't bare the pain as it was worse I was than taken back to the clinic for medical attention
