I was at Shoprite CBD Johannesburg where the manager is Mr Zikalala; i was badly treated ever by the employee called Given who accused me for not greeting him before i spoke to him

I was at Shoprite CBD Johannesburg where the manager is Mr Zikalala; i was badly treated ever by the employee called Given who accused me for not greeting him before i spoke to him. Is Shoprite give a training to its employees before they deploy them? The store manager told me the guy it's a mechandiser; is Given's company adviced him to respect Shoprite's customers before he deployed? The store manager did nothing; as I realised they are the friends that's why the guy is so silly to the customers. Zikalala shows me that is *********** to be the manager. I think Given is used by this store manager as I have been given an impression that they are the friends. The service render is the one who have to greet the customers not to accuse the customers for not greeting him. I am very disapointed worse part the so called store manager. Thank you
