I WAS ACCUSSED OF *****ING WHILE DOING MY SHOPPING

On the 26th I went to Shoprite in Brakpan early hours of the Morning to buy groceries, as I was buying groceries my daughter cried for chocolate I had taken it of the shelf and opened inside the shop and gave to my little while shopping. When I got to the till I advised the teller that my little one had taken a chocolate and I showed her the flavour ,the teller scanned the chocolate and kept it on the still cause my little one would let go of the one we token of the shelf once I've paid everything I was approached by the security and was asked for the slip and polity I gave it to them and the chocolate that we taken was reflecting on the slip, still was I was called in the office and treated like a ******** and there were grabbing me hair when I tried to explain what had happened at the till after purchasing groceries of R2200.00 and accused of *****ing a R8.00 CHOCOLATE, the Manage was not helpful and in front of everyone after realising that the staff is wrong he told me that he will not apologies he will not assist me in resolving the matter caused it is part of their work. I am a loyal Shoprite customer. I am applaud by the behaviour and treatment I received.
