The worst thing I have did was to transfer funds to Money Markert account.I have been in communication with Gugu Dlamini , Luyanda Gysman, Keturah Rangasami, Hlawulekani Mthombeni and many more . Seems like they don’t know what they doing . Imagine staying on hold for 13+ minutes for an agent to read you an email that was sent to you . Their escalation team is *** , they don’t care about helping resolve any issue . Seems like tickets are just camping on their email and no one is attending to them .
