I want my R540 back shoprite

Iam so disgusted in your service shoprite, very dissapointed aswell!!!! <br> A week ago, lastweek saterday after 11am my mom went to your store (GATESVILLE)like she does every saturday and went grocery shopping. She normally withdraws her money at shoprite to avoid heavy bank charges... Okay so she got at the till and asked for a R540 CASH back, the teller did the whole process.. the card was declined even tho my mother got a sms saying money was deducted AND IT WENT THRU. <br> The manager then advised us to look after 2pm to see if the money was reversed coz this sometimes happens which i know it does. After 2pm still no money reflecting in her account so we went back, The manager on duty then told us she can only see tommorow morning once they get a report to see if its showing on there systems. I asked her what if it is? Her answer - I WILL PAY U DA CASH IMMEDIATELY BACK!!! the Sunday we went there the manager we spoke to the day before was off duty, and the one now there says we have to get a bank statement?
