I want my money back

<p>I deposited money at shoprite from money market at Orange Farm Eyethu Mall and the person that I deposited the money was told that the money was already withdrawn when they went to shoprite. I went to shoprite and I was told the amount was withdrawned at shoprite Midrand and they cannot assist I need to go to Midrand, when I got to Midrand Shoprite I was told they cannot assist I need to open a case, I did but up until today nothig has happend.</p> <p> </p> <p>Monday I went to Shoprite to withdwan money , the transaction went through but they till had a problem the money did not come out , I had to withdraw again the same amount. when the incident was report to the manager on dutie I was told to come the following data which was 17 April 2014, got to the store the manager on dutie knew nothing about the incindant and I was given the run around and to even go to the bank to print the information that was on their system. The amount was showing on their systen the time and the card number but they insisted I need to print out bank statement for them to refund me. I got the money after.</p> <p> </p> <p>I`m still waititng for the R500 that was deposited to the money market till today.</p>
