I want my money

I went to withdraw cash at shoprite Esscelen Sunnyside money market on the 31st of May 2019 , I was assisted by Nomshado she rquested my pin n advised that the system is offline, i then went to Cherckers hyper in Sunnypark i was advised that the cash has already been redeemed...i have been going back and forth at Shoprite everyday they tell me stories nobody is willing to assist. yesterday they told me that i will be called by Funeka till today i have not heard anything from them.the services is very poor .I want my money ********** 682
