I open a account with shoprite for sassa srd R350

I open a account with shoprite for sassa srd R350. For months I had no problems, then in March 2023 the app show I put my pin in wrong and they block my account. I am homeless I dont have alot of privileges. I depent on who will help me with a phone. Finances are short I can't travel from Langebaan to Vredenburg to get a Id card nor the transport. I am near a usave. Account department insists I have to have id card proof of residents and walk. On request I sended foto on foto of copy of id holding it near my face I have a letter from the Saldana municipality stating I am homeless. They refuse to reset account to reset pin. They cant phone me cause the phone issue.They can phone a lady I know leave a message with her. Please help me ,hello Peter.
