I'm no longer whining

I had a frustrating morning supermarket shopping. First was a stop at Pick ‘n Pay Sable Square. With a full basket and ready to go home, I couldn’t find a particular wine only to be told that I would get it round the corner at their liquor outlet. This would mean another queue at yet another till point. Necch! So I ditched my trolley and left the store.

At Milnerton’s Shoprite the same old, same old, but here I was met with a willing to help from Sisenda Majiya, a floor supervisor, who called Charlene April, a groceries packer who made it her business to bring said wine from their adjacent liquor outlet to me at the till point – and all with beaming smiles.

Thank you for sparing a pensioner yet another few grey hairs on her head!
