I have recently encountered a problem with Shoprite Money Market. I have expressed my discern with this situation with consultants from Shoprite Money Market support and I am nowhere closer to getting my query resolved. This Shoprite Money Market Verification process is denying me access to my own funds, it is a stressful experience, I have wasted a day off work trying to fix this issue and I am quite frankly appalled at the lack of support I have been receiving from the money Market support team and shoprite money market kiosk staff. However Ms N Dlamini is an exception because she was the only person I have spoken to who actually tried to help me and who escalated my query.
