I have been loading money in thier vouchers for years so I won't be carrying cash now on the 19 March 2024 loaded money in one of their voucher with no knowledge they are experiencing problems with thier system, they took my money till today my voucher has zero balance, it's almost a month nothing is resolved. How can a big company like Shoprite with hold my money for so long with no clear indication from head office. Everytime I go the the Shoprite office I waste my money for parking and I walk out empty handed twice already. I want my money back, I'm not a business I'm a struggling single parent I don't Shoprite to keep my money
